NO SHOw & CANCELLATION Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be fair to all clients, 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below. I have been very lenient about canceling appointments at the time of the appointment. I understand emergencies happen so please call me if you have an emergency and need to reschedule. If “emergencies” become routine you will need to prepay for your service when booking. If you are late to your appointment I have the right to refuse service (and charge you full price).

 

For anyone who is late please understand I have each service booked for the amount of time to cut your hair and sanitize prior to my next appointment. Please understand that this is a business and scheduled time is reserved especially for you. When you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need, and revenue is lost.

 

In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and/or cancellations the following fees will be applied to your credit card on file: - Failure to show up for your appointment i.e. "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount and pre-payment is required to schedule future appointments. Due to the alarming rate of no shows and late cancels The Man Cave has no choice, but to fully adhere to this cancellation agreement. 

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
